　　江苏东方成套设备制造集团有限公司创建于2000年，注册资金11800万元，地处以上海经济开发区为龙头的长江经济开发带靖江市。公司下设：江苏东方冶金机械制造有限公司、东方新能源装备制造靖江有限公司、靖江东方安装工程有限公司和靖江裕昌国际事业有限公司。公司专业生产制造、安装石油化工行业各种管式加热炉及炉配件，冶金机械成套设备和新能源风电设备、汽车冲电桩等，代理销售、进口各种规格炉管。

　　公司秉承科技不断创新的理念，注重人才队伍的建设，聘请和引进多名石化、冶金、新能源行业的知名专家、技术人员和高端管理人才，拥有专业技术人员98人，其中享有国务院津贴的高级工程师2人、高级职称1人、中级职称18人、初级职称25人。公司注重产学研合作，与国内科研设计院（所）、高校一直保持着广泛的技术合作关系（南京工业大学、江苏大学、华东理工大学等）。成立了“企业技术中心”，现已取得专利30余项，开发高新技术产品3个，被认定为“高新技术企业”。

　　公司管理规范，体系健全，通过了ISO9001-2015质量体系认证、ISO14001-2015环境体系认证和OHSAS18001-2007职业健康安全管理体系认证，安全标准化体系认证，取得了A1、A2压力容器制造、设计许可证，锅炉制造许可证及美国ASME证书。

　　经过多年的发展，公司得到了社会各界的认可，被评为江苏省质量管理奖获得单位、江苏省特级信用单位，“重合同、守信用”单位，特级信用企业（AAA）、诚信贯标企业等。是中国石化EC采购平台优质供应商，是中石油、中海油物资装备部供应商，同时也是SEI公司、中化集团、中国寰球、中石油华东工程公司、中石化上海工程公司、中国成达工程有限公司、华西化工设计院等供应商，是全国化工工业炉设计技术中心站委员单位、中国石化制氢联络站理事单位。

Established in 2000 and with registered capital of 118 million yuan, Jiangsu Dongfang Whole-set Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located at Jingjiang, a city in the Yangtze River economic development region, which is led by Shanghai economic development zone. We have 548 staff, and we are specialized in manufacturing and installation of tube furnaces and furnace accessories for the petrochemical industry. Our products include hydrogen production conversion furnaces, cracking furnaces, reforming furnaces, atmosphere vacuum furnaces, waste incinerators, sulfuric acid recycling furnaces, conversion tubes, tubular preheaters, cast iron plate preheaters, furnace rollers, radiant tubes, etc

We follow the conception of innovation. We have formed a talent team, and employed well-known specialists and professors in petrochemical and metallurgical industries. Currently, we are staffed with 98 professional technical technicians, including 2 senior engineers that enjoy state council special allowance, 1 technician with senior technical title, 18 with middle-level title and 25 with junior title. We attach great importance to university-industry cooperation. We have kept extensive technical cooperation with domestic institutes and universities (Nanjing Tech University, Jiangsu University, East China University of Science and Technology, etc). An enterprise technology center has also been set up, earning us over 20 patents, 3 new high-tech products and honor of High Technology Enterprise.

We have standardized our management and established sound systems. We have passed IS09001-2015 (quality system certification), IS014001-2015 (environmental system certification) and OHSAS18001-2007 (occupational health and safety management system certification) and safety standardization system certification. In addition, we have been granted manufacturing licenses of A1 and A2 pressure vessel, grade-A waste heat boiler and grade-B boiler, special equipment operation certificate and ASME welding qualification certificate.
